Mr. Dallmier’s main responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company while developing growth strategies to move Clarkson into the next generation of agriculture. He brings a unique entrepreneurial spirit to his new position that has been the foundation of Clarkson since its beginning in 1974.

Clarkson Introduces Employee Ownership Retirement Benefit

Clarkson Grain Company recently introduced an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for its employees. In partnership with the Clarkson family owners, Clarkson Grain Company employees will receive part ownership in the company. The ESOP provides an investment benefit to help the employees achieve their retirement goals.

Clarkson Growers Report Higher 2014 Income from Organic and non-GMO Acres than Conventional Acres.

Clarkson growers reported substantially higher net income from their acres under contract with Clarkson in 2014 compared to their conventional production acres. Growers reported higher gross revenue per acre and generally lower input costs than their conventional acres, especially seed costs. These results are similar to the national results reported by Washington State University.
