From bean to you: We process organic soybeans into certified organic soy lecithin. It is completely organic under the US National Organic Program, European regulations and Japanese rules. We use no solvents other than water in our proprietary process. Our product enjoys acceptance in baby foods, baked foods, chocolates, snack bars, cereals, beverages, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, release agents and process applications. While we respect open market purchases, priority goers to contract sales that help balance production and inventory. We accept various payment methods including Visa and Master Card.
